Giant Lizard

A measly runt when smuggled into Crooked Corners by Panoland immigrants, this extraordinary lizard specimen grew large on a diet of iceberg lettuce and cattle.

Though this scaly reptile of unusual stature is by no means amphibious, it enjoys the oily water of Marx Lake and has adapted well to the tourists that frequent there.

I snapped this photograph after an hour or so of witnessing a game of "catch" between mother and beast. The brilliant baby aforementioned in this exhibit bravely served as a makeshift beach ball--strictly in the pursuit of science.
